We have recently secured a new project on Bulk Lane in Lancaster for Bridgestone Construction. This development is set to be a great addition to the city, offering a total of 388 student accommodation apartments.

We are currently collaborating with Bridgestone Construction on the Worrall Street project in Manchester, situated in close proximity to the Manchester Ship Canal. Together, we are working to bring to life a vibrant community, featuring modern townhouses and apartments.

We are pleased to be working with Bridgestone Construction on the Didsbury Point project, a new residential development in Manchester. This scheme will consist of 76 one-and-two-bedroom apartments, providing a mix of social rent and shared ownership housing. 

We are working on this project in Salford, Manchester for Bridgestone Construction. Cheltenham Street is a testament to our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of modern living spaces. With plans for 353 student accommodations, we are not only embarking on a construction project but also contributing to the enhancement of the local community and student life in Salford.

We have completed our work on the Broadheath Network Centre in Altrincham for Bansco Construction. This project involved constructing multiple brand new, high-quality industrial warehouse units on a former brownfield site.

In collaboration with Ellenby Construction, our dedicated team has completed this project. We have crafted a new reception area and modern canteen facility at the Emmerdale Studio. These spaces not only serve practical purposes but also enhance the overall atmosphere and experience for all involved.

We have completed this project for Protect 24 in Chelsea, London. With precision and dedication, the installation of new sprinkler systems was executed seamlessly and our team worked hard to reinstate new ceilings in numerous apartments. We ensured that each apartment was equipped with the latest in fire protection, technology, providing residents with peace of mind. 

All works on Coronation Street ITV Studios, located in the heart of Media City, Manchester, have been successfully completed for Ellenby Construction. The new addition building at Coronation Street stands as a testament to the dedication and expertise of our team. 

We worked on this project for Bridgestone Construction in Salford, Manchester. The X1 Landmark will showcase 191 luxury apartments in Manchester City Centre. The projects made up of one, two and three bedrooms apartments as well as family townhouses. 

The Dock 5 development in Salford is one of the biggest projects we have worked on for Bridgestone Construction. Comprising of 394 apartments, this waterfront marvel boasts a cutting-edge blend of luxury and functionality. This development also includes a waterfront lounge, cinema and state-of-the-art gym.

Harwood Church, a transformative project in Bolton. The project involved the main contractor demolishing the existing church, to make way for a more modern looking church. Our collaboration with Ellenby Construction has resulted in the successful realisation of a vision where the old makes way for the new, and where Harwood Church is renewed in a more modern and welcoming form.

This project, a collaboration with Bridgestone Construction for ForHousing, is located in the heart of Liverpool. Withens is a thoughtfully designed community crafted to provide essential care and support for its residents. With 90 apartments and bungalows, Withens offers a range of housing options tailored to the unique needs of its community members.

Our collaboration with Bridgestone Construction on the X1 Plaza has successfully concluded. Nestled in the heart of Manchester, X1 Plaza boasts 194 meticulously designed apartments, including 7 townhouses and 4 penthouses, this development redefines urban living. This project is the second phase of the development after the first phase sold out.

This development, meticulously executed in three phases, has breathed a new life into the once neglected neighbourhood, nestled within five streets of Victorian terraced housing. The result is a stunning collection of homes that redefine the landscape, turning dilapidated residences into stylish and comfortable living spaces.
