We have recently secured a new project for Bridgestone Construction. Bulk Lane is the construction of 388 apartments for Student Accomodation in Lancaster. We will be supplying and installing the Steel Frame System, Internal Partitions, Ceilings and Plastering for this new project!

There has been great progress on one of our current projects, Cheltenham Street! Our team have started to spray plaster the first plots. Spray plaster is great for many reasons: Quicker application, Uniform coverage, Smoother finish, Reduced mess and waste, Thinner coats, Faster drying time and Cost effective.

From the picture you can see the Knauf Windliner Boards fitted to the SFS we constructed on the external of the building. We are happy to announce that we are part of a new project in Chelsea, London, working alongside Protect 24 to enhance safety and comfort in numerous apartments. Protect 24 introduced a state-of-the-art sprinkler system and our team have been busy reinstating new ceilings throughout the apartments to accommodate for the new advanced sprinkler system.

On the 21st October 2021, we welcomed the first lot of residents into their new apartments at Dock 5. Our team played a key role in delivering high-quality living spaces, completing the steel frame system, external windliner board, partitions, plastering and suspended ceilings across three apartment blocks

We are thrilled to announce that a section of apartments at Dock 5 is nearing completion and almost ready for handover. In this particular block, we have successfully completed the installation of the steel frame system, external windliner boards, partitions, plastering and suspended ceilings. Our works are progressing quickly on the other remaining apartments and are due to be complete next Autumn.

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Steel Frame System for Block B and C at Dock 5. With the steel frame system now in place, we have commenced the internal partition works on both blocks.
